The most prominent hotel in the portfolio is the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, located in the Central Business District on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Dubai World Trade Centre (the Middle East’s busiest convention and exhibition facility). Part of the three-tower mixed-use Burj Al Salam Towers complex, the 54-storey Sheraton Grand is Dubai’s first new-build Sheraton property in more than 30 years.

BURJ AL SALAM - SHERATON GRAND HOTEL
Burj Al Salam - Sheraton Grand Hotel are located in the central business district on the Sheikh Zayed Road. The 54-storey building houses hotel, commercial and residential units.The hotel tower is home to the Sheraton Grand Hotel - one of the ten Sheraton Grand Hotels operated worldwide. The development’s commercial tower hosts a portfolio of affluent tenants including renowned brands like RSA, Baxter and Kuehne + Nagel.
MARINA HEIGHTS TOWER
Marina Heights Tower is the first freehold residential development of SRG Holding. Its boasts a prime location right on the Dubai Marina waterfront.
